Jim is the BEST realtor you could ever have. I worked in real estate for a few years and no agent holds a candle to him.
He had an early response time in a house we sent an email inquiry about online, which is how we met him. We weren’t sure about buying yet and he kept it casual and sent us houses just to keep us up to date on the market. When we were ready to buy, we arranged several homes to look at. EVERY house he sent us could not have been more perfect, I wanted a white picket fence, 4+ bedrooms, 50 years or older, .15ac or more, front yard and backyard, dining room, quiet neighborhood. He was able to give us well over 50 houses that all had at least 4 features I wanted. We had to narrow down by the city crime maps and proximity to sex offenders on the registry because we LOVED so many of the houses he sent us online.
When we finally narrowed it down and did the showings, we followed him instead of a ride along, so no pressure between homes while we talked, he let us take our time, was wonderfully informative about home features, knew the areas well. We had one home we put an offer on fall through and he was right there to help us find others we loved. We fell in love with another even more and got right to buying.
He helped us put in an offer at 1000 over asking because there was another offer, and we got accepted, yay!
But it was a short sale, long, tedious process. My husband deployed as well, so it was all signed by power of attorney, Jim was wonderful, informative and beyond helpful, he helped me every step of the way. When our loan fell through, he got us a better loan officer immediately, he came with me to enter the house the first time after it closed.
I cannot imagine there is a better realtor on the planet. And I honestly consider Jim a friend. The whole process lasted from June-November and he still checks in to make sure all is going well!
He’s a fantastic person and a true privilege to know and work with. You could not find yourself in better hands.
