Stella Haioulani
Over 12 years in the real estate business, from investing, to selling and working with HUD/Section 8 programs.

I don't like to limit myself in what I can do or who I can serve, however I have a passion to serve 1st and 2nd time home buyers. I love to assist renters in living the "American Dream" buy breaking the process down in to bite-size pieces through education and making the process fun! I especially enjoy working with sellers and get a thrill working with my investor clientele.

My main focus is the Urban Community but certainly there are no limits.

Over 20 years experience working in the Human Service field as social worker and consultant; over 14 years experience operating as CEO/President of small corporation Free Ya Mind, Inc. catering to urban communities through cultural enrichment and social justice programs, over 12 years experience working in the Pierce County housing market with special interest in first time home buyers and over 1 year experience working as a Loan Officer. I also have a background in Community/Public Relations,Journalist/News Reporter and have had the pleasure working as New Reporter KAOS 89.3 FM and Co-hosting a talk radio show on KLAY 1180 AM.
